2. Service

Timetable Cleaner for RUG is an independent tool that processes a timetable file supplied by the user and creates a new, static calendar file based on the tutorial-group selections made by the user.

3. Static export and timetable changes

The generated calendar is a one-time export. It is not continuously connected to or synchronised with the University of Groningen after generation. Later changes to rooms, dates, times, cancellations, examinations or other timetable information will therefore not automatically appear in the generated calendar.

4. Accuracy

Boodt Works takes reasonable measures to process supported timetable files correctly, but automated filtering can contain errors or may not recognise every timetable structure. Users should check the generated calendar against the official University of Groningen timetable before relying on it.

5. User responsibility

The official timetable remains the authoritative source for current timetable information. Users are responsible for checking important timetable details and subsequent changes.

6. Payment and digital delivery

If a price is charged, the total consumer price will be shown before checkout, including applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. The product is delivered digitally by making the generated calendar file available for download after payment.

7. Problems and refunds

If the service fails to generate a usable timetable as described, contact boodtworks@gmail.com. Where required by applicable consumer law, Boodt Works will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include correction or refund.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Boodt Works is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from reliance on a generated calendar, including loss resulting from timetable changes that occur after export. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or mandatory consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

9. Independence

Timetable Cleaner for RUG is an independent product by Boodt Works. It is not affiliated with, operated by, sponsored by or endorsed by the University of Groningen.
